With the increasing requirements for transmission system precision in fields such as new energy vehicles and aerospace, the domestic gear industry is accelerating its transformation to high-precision manufacturing. Recently, a project focusing on the core technology of gear processing has made a breakthrough, and a new type of gear hobbing machine and turning and grinding machine tool have been developed, which can achieve gear hobbing precision of ISO5-6 level and inner hole processing roundness ≤3μm. At the same time, the intelligent system can achieve a self-decision accuracy of process parameters ≥90%. This technology has been successfully applied to the new energy vehicle gear processing demonstration base, marking that domestic high-end gear equipment is gradually breaking the foreign technology monopoly. In addition, the gear industry as a whole is developing towards intelligence, and the introduction of Industry 4.0 technology makes online detection, automatic compensation and other functions possible, further improving production efficiency and product quality.
